About Us
We created ShanFitness to be a welcoming and judgement-free fitness space for all shapes, sizes and fitness levels. Unique fitness classes offer a new approach to Dance Fitness, Yoga, Pilates, Hiit and more! With loads of classes a week, there is something for everyone. This fun community is all about mental health, with our aim being to improve your overall well-being with fun and welcoming classes, workshops, events, & more. We are based at local community centres around Eastbourne.
Classes
Our unique approach to fitness means we offer a huge amount of one-of-a-kind classes.

Personal Training
Our welcoming and judgement-free approach to fitness also relates to our personal training sessions. With our focus being on how exercise makes you feel. Our sessions are perfect for beginners or those that find exercise to be out of their comfort zone. We are also qualified in pre/postnatal exercise. Events
As well as hosting our own events such as line dancing, live DJ nights and themed classes, we also host events for you! Meet the team

Owner/ Founder
Shanice has been running ShanFitness since January 2020. She started running 1-2 classes a week in community centres and now here we are. Shanice started Shanfitness because she felt that people who felt uncomfortable or judged in gym/ class environments were missing out on the fun of exercise. That is why ShanFitness is so welcoming and supportive! Everyone is free to be themselves in this judgement-free space. Shanice teaches The Jungle Body, Pop Pilates, RE-bounce, BURN!, GETLOW, Line dance and more! She is also a Personal Trainer, a fitness coach and pre/postnatal trained. Shanice's favourite thing about ShanFitness - when people prove her right and tell her that ShanFitness has improved their mental health!
Emma
Well-being and The Anxious Girls Club events Co-ordinator
Emma organises and runs all of the ShanFitness well-being events as well as The Anxious Girls Club!
Emma is kind, supportive and empathetic, the perfect host to make you feel welcome and comfortable.
